巨厚覆盖层下矿井开采风温预测与降温措施研究

摘要: 为保证泉店煤矿安全生产,采用MVDSS风温预测软件,对泉店煤矿不同区域开采时风温进行了预测,结果表明,浅部和深部区域每年6至8月份风温均超限,深部区域每年9至10月份开采时风温仍超限。对不同区域影响风温的因素进行了分析,最终得出上覆岩层厚度对作业地点的温度影响高于地温对风温的影响。对于浅部区域采用非机械降温可以取得良好的效果,而深部区域需采取机械降温措施。

Abstract: In order to ensure the safe production of Quan Dian coal mine, the MVDSS wind temperature prediction software is used to predict the wind temperature in different areas of Quan Dian coal mine. The results show that the wind temperature in the shallow and deep areas is relatively limited from 6 to 8 months. At the time of mining, the wind temperature is still overrun. The factors influencing the air temperature in different regions are analyzed. Finally, the influence of the thickness of the overburden layer on the temperature of the work site is higher than that of the ground temperature. The shallow area is non-mechanical Cooling can achieve good results, the deep area to take mechanical cooling measures.
